Engagement Models

Retained or project-based. Both structured for institutional requirements.

Retained engagements are our primary model. They give us the depth of understanding needed to represent your institution accurately and anticipate issues before they surface. Most of our university and Town Council work operates on this basis.

Project engagements are appropriate for defined-scope work: a campaign, an event, a publication. We apply the same process rigour and clearance standards regardless of engagement duration.

All engagements are EDG-eligible where applicable. Our TR:43 certification means our service standards are independently verified.
